Dearly Beloved,
Warm Kingdom greetings in the Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
The first reason God brought Israel out of Egypt was to live among them. Hear God:
“And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, that brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, that I may dwell among them…” (Exod. 29:46).
You and I were saved by the blood of Jesus to be united for God’s dwelling (John 11:51-52). And as God dwells in our midst our primary assignment is to worship Him (1 Pet. 2:9; Isa. 43:21).
So our primary assignment is to worship God in unity
Worship which God permits day and night at His throne in heaven (Rev. 4:8) is obviously His highest heart desire so, when we worship on earth, the will of God in heaven is done on earth.
On the birthday of the Church, when the Holy Spirit came down, the believers’ first act of worship was to declare the wonderful works of God in unity (Acts 2:11). Whatever the Spirit makes first has prophetic significance.
Many believers are eager to build God’s house, but they are building according to men’s definition of God’s house. Firstly, no one can build God’s house except Jesus. He said: “I will build My church…” (Matt. 18:16).
If you want to be used by Jesus to build God’s house, it’s important for you to know what God says His house is.
